Moving Forward South Tyneside supports people who have experienced acute and enduring mental health problems.
Curiosity Creative ran a workshop with a small group of people who each recorded an individual story.
The stories include Billy’s memories about life as an industrial painter, starting his career in shipyards and oil rigs, and working on the Millennium and High Level bridges.
Chris’s story tells of heartache and despair, depression and anxiety, before reaching a turning point in life.
