Opportunity to Change

Hi my names Neil I’m actually a Skill Mill Supervisor. I left my post in the youth offending team seven months ago, for a change of career. The opportunity came up to work with the Skill Mill project, which gives young people a fantastic opportunity to work with other professionals and learn about the environment. The Skill Mill gives young people the discipline of work, for example turning up on time, working to instruction, working as a team. The Skill Mill offers young people a pathway to employment, with links many other partners.
